Project Introduction： Dongguan Anbao Medical Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. is a solution provider focusing on the design and production of medical packaging, providing comprehensive medical device packaging solutions. To date, the company has built over 3,000㎡ of Class 100,000 (ISO Class 8) cleanrooms, capable of fully implementing all production processes for medical packaging. Our company undertook the construction of the new production workshop (nearly 3,000㎡) for Anbao Medical in 2019, including purification air conditioning (with one 300RT screw chiller and 8 constant temperature and humidity purification air handling units), oil-free compressed air, pure water equipment, ozone generator, production process cooling circulating water, and equipment chilled water systems. Through a series of solutions proposed by our company, such as the parallel operation of air conditioning mainframe refrigeration and production chilled water using a unified chilled water storage tank + valve regulation, the operation energy consumption was reduced by more than 30%.
