Go far and forge ahead

Go far and forge ahead|Congratulations to Air Guard R&D Center for becoming a CNAS National Accredited Laboratory!

With its professional technical ability and management level, Air Guard  R&D Center was unanimously affirmed by the review expert group of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), and was awarded the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate on May 18, 2023 (certificate number: CNAS18323) , indicating that the Air Guard  R&D Center has reached the requirements of internationally recognized standards in terms of hardware facilities, testing capabilities and management levels.

“National Accreditation Laboratory” refers to a laboratory officially recognized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS, China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment). China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) is a national accreditation body approved and authorized by CNCA. It is currently the most authoritative laboratory accreditation body in my country, with authority, independence, impartiality and technicality. CNAS is an important member of International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and Asia-Pacific Cooperation (APAC). The test, inspection, and calibration reports/certificates issued by CNAS-accredited laboratories can be stamped with the seals of CNAS and ILAC, and the data issued are mutually recognized internationally.

Dongguan Air Guard Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in June 2014. It has two production bases in Dongguan, Guangdong and Suqian, Jiangsu. A technologically innovative manufacturer of air purification filters, air purification filters for consumer appliances, and rail transit environmental filters, is committed to providing customers with professional air purification and filtration solutions.

In 2016, Air Guard established a research and development center, introduced advanced analysis software and equipment, and made further progress in the research and development of filters. The R&D center constantly strives for perfection through integrated experiments, strives for perfection, and breaks through itself. Air Guard has an independent research and development team, including 4 senior industry experts, 15 professional masters and Ph. Experiment cabin, particulate matter and gaseous pollutant experiment cabin and advanced gas adsorption efficiency and penetration rate test bench. Test items include graded filtration efficiency, pressure differential wind resistance, dust holding capacity, toluene, butane, nitrogen oxides and sulfide gas tests, microbial Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus species, CADR clean air output ratio detection, CCM cumulative air purification Quantity testing, tensile testing, hot melt adhesive high and low temperature testing, filter element flame retardant performance testing, etc. These are all high-precision test equipment in the industry, with functions and configurations at the highest international level, laying a solid foundation for the accuracy and reliability of test data.
