On September 22, 2025, Air Guard Purification Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as “Air Guard”) and Guangdong Yuebiao Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuebiao Construction”) held their third strategic cooperation meeting at Air Guard’s Dongguan headquarters. The meeting involved in-depth discussions on the current progress of the cleanroom engineering and electromechanical decoration supporting project at Air Guard Technology Industrial Park, future collaborative development in the fields of environmental health and integrated cleanroom engineering, as well as directions for cross-border expansion and global layout.

Since signing the strategic cooperation agreement on June 5 this year, Air Guard and Yuebiao Construction have maintained close communication. During the second meeting, both parties reached preliminary consensus on project standardization and industrial collaborative development. In this meeting, the two sides focused on reporting and discussing the following contents:

01

Progress of Air Guard Technology Industrial Park Construction

As the core platform for the group’s future development, the Air Guard Technology Industrial Park is accelerating its construction toward the goal of becoming a “modernized industrial park.” The Yuebiao team is currently advancing the project at full speed, with electromechanical decoration and cleanroom construction already entering the substantive stage. Key tasks include the installation of electromechanical pipelines, HVAC systems, and cleanroom finishing. The project is expected to be officially operational by early November. With the industrial park’s launch, Air Guard will achieve a qualitative leap in production capacity, management level, and overall scale, further solidifying the foundation for the company’s high-quality development.

Future Directions for Collaborative Cooperation

Both parties agree that, against the backdrop of the “dual-carbon” policy, they will engage in deeper collaborative cooperation in the fields of environmental health and integrated cleanroom engineering. Together, they aim to develop green, low-carbon, intelligent, and efficient solutions for air purification and cleanroom engineering, continuously injecting momentum into the synergistic upgrade of the industrial chain.

Currently, Air Guard has established a production base in Thailand covering nearly 7,000 square meters, including a 100,000-class cleanroom, with a monthly production capacity of 800,000 units. The company plans to implement digital management systems such as WMS, AGV, and MES this year. Both parties expressed that, in the future, they will leverage their respective strengths to explore broader cooperation opportunities in the Southeast Asian market, actively pursuing overseas expansion strategies and global market layout.

This meeting represents an in-depth alignment between the two parties in terms of global layout and engineering support. Moving forward, both sides will continue to uphold the cooperation principles of “standardization, greening, and internationalization,” guided by overseas expansion. They will provide greater support for cleanroom engineering and electromechanical decoration, jointly offering high-quality, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly system solutions for the international cleanroom engineering market. Together, they will contribute to the global expansion of Chinese manufacturing and the modernization of the industrial chain.
