DONGGUAN, September 22, 2025 – Air Guard Purification Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as “Air Guard”) and Guangdong Yuebiao Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuebiao Construction”) convened their third strategic cooperation meeting at Air Guard’s Dongguan headquarters. The discussions focused on the progress of the ongoing cleanroom engineering and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) fit-out supporting projects for the Air Guard Technology Industrial Park, future collaborative development in the integrated environmental health and cleanroom engineering sector, as well as cross-border expansion and global strategic planning.
Since signing their strategic cooperation agreement on June 5 this year, Air Guard and Yuebiao Construction have maintained close communication, having reached preliminary consensus on project standardization and industrial synergy during their second meeting. This third meeting featured detailed reports and in-depth discussions on the following key areas:
1. Construction Progress of the Air Guard Technology Industrial Park

The Air Guard Technology Industrial Park, serving as a core vehicle for the Group’s future growth, is accelerating its development towards the goal of becoming a “modern industrial complex.” The Yuebiao Construction team is currently driving the project forward with great momentum. Construction for the MEP fit-out and cleanroom facilities has entered a substantive phase, encompassing critical tasks such as MEP pipeline installation, HVAC system setup, and cleanroom interior work. The park is scheduled to commence official operations in early November. Its launch will mark a qualitative leap in Air Guard’s production capacity, management efficiency, and overall scale, further solidifying the foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
2. Future Synergistic Collaboration Directions
Both parties agreed that, under the national “Dual Carbon” policy framework, they will engage in deeper synergistic cooperation within the environmental health and integrated cleanroom engineering sector. They aim to jointly develop green, low-carbon, intelligent, and efficient new solutions for air purification and cleanroom engineering, continuously injecting momentum into the collaborative upgrade of the industrial chain.
3. Global Expansion and Regional Cooperation

Air Guard has already established a nearly 7,000-square-meter production base in Thailand, which includes a 100,000-class cleanroom, with a monthly production capacity reaching 800,000 units. Plans are underway to implement digital management systems such as WMS, AGV, and MES within the year. Both parties expressed their intent to fully leverage their respective strengths to explore broader cooperation opportunities centered on the Southeast Asian market, actively investigating overseas expansion strategies and global marke
This meeting represented a profound对接 in terms of global strategy and engineering support between the two parties. Moving forward, both sides will continue to adhere to the cooperative principles of “Standardization, Greening, and Internationalization.” With a focus on overseas expansion, they will enhance support for cleanroom engineering and MEP fit-out projects, jointly providing the international cleanroom engineering market with high-quality, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly system solutions. This collaboration aims to contribute to the global reach of Chinese manufacturing and the modernization of its industrial chains.
