On the morning of October 24, 2025, Dr. Zhang Wu, Chairman of Air Guard Purification Technology (Guangdong) Group Co., Ltd., led a delegation on visits to Guangdong Juzhicheng Technology Co., Ltd. and Jihua Laboratory. The exchanges centered on potential future technological collaboration, industry-university-research synergy, joint standard development, and air filtration solutions for semiconductor cleanrooms. The discussions were substantive and yielded multiple points of consensus, laying a solid foundation for subsequent strategic cooperation.
During the exchange with Juzhicheng, discussions delved deeply into future technological collaboration planning, joint development of national standards, enhancement of honors and qualifications, and commercialization of technological achievements. Dr. Zhang Wu expressed gratitude for Juzhicheng’s professional support in facilitating industry-university-research projects and clearly stated the intent to deepen cooperation in areas such as international standard co-development and innovation commercialization. This collaboration aims to propel Air Guard’s innovation value-add and qualification upgrades. Ms. Deng Yunlin, Chairman of Juzhicheng, introduced the company’s “One-Stop Technology Innovation Service Platform” and its “Four-Chain Linkage” enterprise development model. During the visit to Jihua Laboratory, the Air Guard delegation was warmly received by Professor Wang Han, Secretary-General of the Guangdong Semiconductor Equipment and Components Society, and Mr. Zhang Jie, Head of the Society’s Member Services Department. The discussions focused primarily on air purification solutions for semiconductor cleanrooms, exploring the potential for collaboration in technological R&D and achievement commercialization. As a member unit of the Guangdong Semiconductor Equipment and Components Society, Air Guard and Jihua Laboratory will further strengthen collaborative industry-university-research R&D, jointly advance key technology breakthroughs and commercialization, and contribute to the import substitution of core semiconductor equipment components and the high-quality development of the industry.

Introduction to Jihua Laboratory
Approved by the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Government in December 2017, Jihua Laboratory is one of the province’s first-tier provincial laboratories. Its mission is to become a first-class domestic and internationally high-end strategic science and technology innovation platform in the field of advanced manufacturing science and technology. The laboratory currently comprises 17 scientific research and public technology departments, with a total staff of over 1,100.
