Recently, Air Guard Purification Technology Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Air Guard”) and Guangdong Yuebiao Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yuebiao Construction”) grandly held the kick-off meeting for the “Electromechanical and Interior Fit-out Project for the Air Guard Tech Industrial Park Construction Project”. This marks the official entry into the implementation phase of another significant cooperative project since the two parties established a strategic partnership, further expanding the depth and breadth of their cooperation in the purification field. Senior leaders from both sides attended the launch ceremony, witnessing the arrival of this key milestone together.

In terms of innovation and R&D, Air Guard has established in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with South China University of Technology and Guangdong University of Technology, jointly founding industry-university-research bases, Advanced Air Purification Filter Material R&D Centers, Joint Laboratories for Filter Materials and Application Technology, Postdoctoral Workstations, Scientific Expert Workstations, and University Joint Training Bases. By combining the R&D and application of high-performance key air purification materials, the company continuously promotes the innovation and application of advanced filtration technology in fields like new energy vehicles, industrial environments, healthcare, food processing, animal husbandry, commercial buildings, public spaces, and rail transit.
This cooperation stems from a solid foundation of mutual trust. As early as February 2025, Yuebiao Construction successfully undertook the electromechanical project for Air Guard’s new factory in Thailand, earning high recognition from Air Guard for its excellent engineering quality and efficient project timeline management. Based on the successful experience from that project, the two parties formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement in June 2025, establishing a long-term, stable partnership.

At the kick-off meeting, Mr. Ma, an executive of Air Guard, emphasized in his speech that the Air Guard Tech Industrial Park is the core strategic vehicle for the company to complete the layout of the entire industrial chain in the purification field. The electromechanical and interior fit-out project, being a key part of the industrial park’s construction, directly impacts the operational efficiency and production environment quality of the future park. He stated that choosing to cooperate with Yuebiao Construction again is not only full affirmation of their professional capability but also a further deepening of the strategic synergy between the two parties.

The main contracting work for the Electromechanical and Interior Fit-out of the Air Guard Tech Industrial Park Construction Project includes:
- Area A, 1F-6F (2F is reserved floor): Architectural fit-out, cleanroom fit-out (Dynamic Class 100,000), purification and standard air conditioning systems, exhaust gas treatment systems (fiberglass dust removal, dispensing exhaust treatment, activated carbon dust filtration), compressed air systems, production equipment power distribution, Building Management System (BMS), etc.
- Area B, 1F, 1.5F & 7F-10F: Standard air conditioning systems, production equipment power distribution, BMS, etc.
- Facility Systems: Intelligent systems, high-efficiency central plant room systems, etc.
The total construction area is approximately 46,393 m², with a cleanroom area of approximately 1,240 m². Required environmental conditions: Temperature: 24±2°C, Humidity: 55±10%.
