On April 19, 2025, the opening ceremony of Jinghong Semiconductor (Guangdong Hengqin) Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Hengqin, Zhuhai. The event was unprecedentedly grand, with heavyweight guests from all walks of life gathering at the scene, including representatives from ZTE Corporation, Hengqin Institute of Integrated Circuits, and multiple batches of doctoral alumni from the University of Macau. Zhang Wu, Chairman of Air Guard Purification Technology Group, was invited by Wang Chao, Chairman of Jinghong Semiconductor, to attend the opening ceremony and jointly witness an important step for domestic semiconductor materials towards high-end and independent development.
Jinghong Semiconductor (Guangdong Hengqin) Co., Ltd., the parent company of Haipu Semiconductor (Luoyang) Co., Ltd., focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of semiconductor packaging materials. The company specializes in semiconductor spherical and columnar materials, including BGA tin balls, copper core balls, micro-copper pillars, CCGA solder pillars, Flux, solder paste, etc., which are widely used in military and civil electronic fields. With its strong technical strength, Jinghong Semiconductor has completed a number of industry firsts: the first domestic production of high-wear-resistant spray plates, the first application of piezoelectric excitation jet technology to improve production efficiency, the first introduction of electric fields into production to solve technical problems, etc. The company owns 33 independent core patents, forming a complete technical system and injecting new vitality into the development of the industry.
