February 20, 2025, Dongguan – Yan Zheng, Mayor of Shijie Town, along with Zou Ruyi, Director of the Shijie Town Economic Development Bureau, Liu Jianbai, Secretary of the Liuwu Village Party Committee, and Liu Shunling, Deputy Secretary of the Liuwu Village Party Committee, visited Air Guard Purification Technology Group for a special research trip. The delegation aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s technological innovation achievements and high-quality development practices. Air Guard Group’s General Manager, Sui Baofeng, led the team to accompany the visit and participated in the discussions.

During the visit, Mayor Yan Zheng and his delegation toured Air Guard’s production workshops and R&D laboratories, with a particular focus on the core production processes and innovative technological achievements. In front of the automated production line in Air Guard’s workshop, Mayor Yan Zheng highly commended the company’s achievements in “intelligent transformation and digital upgrading,” praising its practice of “driving productivity upgrades through technology as a model for the manufacturing industry in Shijie Town.”

Air Guard’s R&D engineers systematically presented the research outcomes of multi-field purification solutions to Mayor Yan Zheng and his delegation, highlighting the company’s CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) and ISO 17025-certified R&D laboratory. The laboratory, equipped with a DIN (German Institute for Standardization) standard VOC gaseous pollutant detection matrix and a self-developed dual-wind tunnel testing system, has established an internationally leading testing system that covers basic performance testing and advanced scenario validation. This has successfully created a virtuous cycle of “technology R&D – scenario validation – market application” and transformed international standard testing capabilities into core corporate competitiveness. This development model provides a replicable technical pathway for the regional intelligent manufacturing industry upgrade, earning high recognition from Mayor Yan Zheng.
Development Chapter

During the symposium, General Manager Sui Baofeng of Air Guard Group reported on the company’s recent development achievements and its strategic layout of the “Chicago R&D Center + three major production bases in Dongguan, Jiangsu, and Thailand.” Accompanied by videos showcasing applications in various fields such as automotive cabins, rail transit, and industrial environments, the presentation systematically demonstrated the company’s integrated capabilities in design, R&D, production, and sales. Mayor Yan Zheng remarked, “Air Guard is one of the exemplary representatives of Shijie Town’s provincial-level ‘specialized, refined, and innovative’ enterprises. Its commitment to deep cultivation in the air purification and filtration sector and its breakthroughs in ‘bottleneck’ technologies are highly aligned with the strategic direction of ‘promoting high-quality development and focusing on the cultivation of new productive forces’ as outlined in the recent ‘Document No. 1 and No. 2’ issued by the Dongguan Municipal Government.”
